Our Story
2001
Incorporated in 2001, initially providing static reporting for telecoms expenditure.
2005
Rebranded and expanded our value proposition to include BPO and dispute management.
2010
Launched 2nd generation TEM platform, which included dynamic reporting, from high level executive reports to operational detailed reports.
2014
Launched our business process software to provide transparency, manage projects, track savings and claims, tasks and tickets.
2016
Launched our real-time project, task and ticket dashboard, and unveiled our new corporate ID and website. JOLT: See. Act. Save!
2018
Launched our near real-time platform, which includes dashboards, alerts and on-line network functions.
2020
Launched our new, user-friendly, customisable TEMS dashboards across multiple spend types and services from a single web-hosted platform.
2021
Introduced TMS into our platform providing real-time user cost visibility, automated cost allocation, customisable reporting, policies and alerting.
2024
Integration to Papercut Hive, providing automated detailed usage reports and cost-per-print metrics for printing costs.
